Solution Are you receiving a FORBIDDEN message when you attempt to download ?

In order to download movies correctly from our site, you must use Internet Explorer ( Windows ) or Safari ( Mac ) with a security setting of Medium or Low. In order to change your security setting in Internet Explorer, please follow the directions below ::

1 - Open up Internet Explorer
2 - Goto the Tools menu and click Internet Options
3 - Select the Security Tab
4 - Select the Internet Zone
5 - Set the Security Level to LOW
6 - Save Your Changes by pressing Apply or Ok
